Return Policy & Guarantee


1. Do you have a 30-DAY Money Back Guarantee?
YES! You may return any product within 30 days of purchase, as long as it's in its NEW and ORIGINAL condition and your products are sent back in their ORIGINAL PACKING. If you ordered a WaterGym Belt - that means the plastic bag that it comes in! We cannot accept products with visible damage, permanent markings or that are returned in a way that the foam has been cosmetically damaged. You'll receive a full refund minus any applicable shipping costs. Call us if you have questions!
    There are TWO EXCEPTIONS to this policy! There are no refunds on:
  • ORDERS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.: Because of the extra work involved in processing these orders. There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Please choose your products carefully and email us if you have questions about sizes etc.
  • DVD ORDERS: Anti-piracy regulations prevent us from accepting returns for opened DVDs or CDs. If your DVD or CD is defective, we will happily replace it immediately free of charge.
2. How do I return my product?
  1. Place your product back into its original shipping box or bag if it is still in good condition. If you are returning a WaterGym Belt, make sure to put it back into it's plastic wrapper and curl the belt up just like it is being worn, with the WHITE LOGO SIDE on the OUTSIDE. If you curl the belt up INSIDE OUT, you will permanently cosmetically crease the front of the belt and we cannot accept it back.
  2. Call us toll free to let us know you are returning your product at 1-888-928-3749. We'll give you a return authorization number. Write it on your original receipt. Make a copy of your receipt for your records.
  3. Place original receipt with the RMA number into your box. We cannot issue refunds without receipt.
  4. Mail to: WaterGym LLC PO Box 550, Tiburon, California, 94920 USA
  5. Once we receive your product, you'll receive a full refund minus any applicable shipping costs.
3. How do I exchange my WaterGym® Belt for another size?
  1. Place your product back into its original shipping box or bag if box is still in good condition. If you are returning a WaterGym® Belt, make sure to put it back into it's plastic wrapper and curl the belt up just like it is being worn, with the WHITE LOGO SIDE on the OUTSIDE. If you curl the belt up INSIDE OUT, you will cosmetically crease the front of the belt and we cannot accept it back.
  2. Call us toll free to let us know you want to exchange your product at 1-888-928-3749. We'll give you a return authorization number. Write it on your original receipt. Make a copy of your receipt for your records.
  3. Place original receipt into your box. We cannot issue exchanges without receipt. Include a note with your size request.

  5. Once we receive your product, we will call you to let you know we are shipping your replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for shipping costs to exchange your product. We paid for the shipping to you, so cannot also be responsible for shipping charges on size exchanges. It can cost up to $12.50 to ship a WaterGym Belt across the country, so please CHOOSE YOUR SIZING carefully.

Call us if you need help in choosing your size as we are SUPER GOOD at helping folks with this. If we give you the wrong advice, we will pay for the shipping! Also, OUR BELTS CAN VARY IN THE SAME SIZE RANGE, so SEE OUR SIZING PAGE NOW ESPECIALLY if you've already seen or purchased our products before. We can gladly hand pick a belt for you to match exactly what you want if we have it in stock.
