1. What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also may accept purchase orders from Fitness Facilities, YMCA's, Wellness Centers and Schools in the U.S. only. Call to inquire.
2. May I order by phone instead of online?
YES! We would love to take your order! Call us toll free Mon-Fri 10-5PM Pacific Time.
3. Do you give quantity discounts?
Yes, for some products (see charts above). Your discount will be applied while ordering online. Call us with questions about quantity discounts. Quantity discounts ONLY good in the U.S.A.
4. Do you give professional discounts?
Yes, for some products. This special offer is only valid in the U.S.A. You must call and provide us with proof of your current professional certification.
5. I am having trouble placing my online order. What should I do?
If you have problems placing your online order, please call or email us. If you call after normal business hours, we'll contact you the next business day. 6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business day if items are in stock. Delivery time varies depending on shipping method. If your order is timely, call us for an estimated date of arrival.
7. What are your shipping rates?
Our shopping cart will calculate your REAL TIME SHIPPING COSTS directly from the
US Postal Service and UPS, which are the straight shipping rates without handling fees.
Shipping rates vary depending on which shipping method you choose.
While ordering you can see your shipping rate by chosing your items and filling in form
IN ORDER from TOP to BOTTOM. Once your state and zip code are entered, your shopping cart will refresh with your shipping options and price. If you change your order, you must hit the "refresh" button next to the shipping quote to update your shipping price. Call if you need help, or want an exact shipping quote or if you are placing a large order of 4 or more items.
8. Do you have a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?
YES! You may return any WaterGym product (except DVD's & International orders-see below) within 30 days of purchase, as long they're in their NEW and ORIGINAL condition
and the products are sent back in their original packing.
We cannot accept products with visible damage or permanent markings on them.
You'll receive a full refund minus the shipping/handling costs on your original receipt.
There are two exceptions to this policy:
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Because of the extra work involved in processing international orders there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Please choose your products carefully.
DVD ORDERS: Anti-piracy regulations prevent us from accepting non-defective returns for opened DVD's or CD's.
9. How do I return or exchange my product?
1. Place your product back into it's original box.
2. Include all original receipts & information into box (make a copy for your records).
Include reason for return. Important! We cannot give refunds without receipt.
3. Call us to let us know you are returning your product.
4. Mail to back to: WaterGym LLC PO Box 550, Tiburon, California, 94920 USA
5. Once we receive your product, you'll receive a full refund minus shipping costs.
If you want to exchange your WaterGym Belt for another size, there'll be a charge to ship another belt to you (US orders only).
10. Do you ship internationally?
YES! We ship worldwide. Simply place your order online!
If there's any problem with shipping to your country, your order will not go through. Our postage calculator is set for real time calculations from the US Postal Service, and there are a few countries that they will not ship to. If you have a large order, please email us for an exact shipping quote at: info@watergym.com. Please include EXACT items and SIZES you want and your COMPLETE address INCLUDING ZIP CODE so we can give you an accurate quote.
