2. Who is FitMed?
FitMed Inc. (also known as www.heartmonitors.com) have been our main distributors for our WaterGym products for over 6 years now. They are the wonderful folks who answer the phone when you call and are happy to help you with your order. You may place your order by phone or online through their secured website. (When you click on any ORDER NOW button you go directly to their website). Your receipts & credit card will show you bought your WaterGym products from them.
3. I am having trouble placing my online order. What should I do?
If you have problems placing your online order, please call or email us immediately. If it's after normal business hours, we'll contact you the next business day. 4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within one business day of receipt of your order if items are in stock. Delivery time will vary depending on which shipping method you choose. You may call us to get an estimated date of arrival.
5. What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates vary depending on which shipping method you choose. The great news is that while ordering you can see your options and pricing, so there are no surprises! You'll be able to see which way you want to ship and choose how much you want to pay for shipping. Please note... these are the straight shipping prices! We do not charge you for handling, so know that the pricing you see is what it costs us to send the product to you. 6. Do you have a 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?
YES! You may return your WaterGym Belt within 30 days of purchase for any reason, as long as it is in it's new and original condition (we cannot accept products with visible damage or permanent markings on them). You will receive a full refund minus the shipping and handling costs on your original receipt. More details below.
Please note: There are two exceptions to this policy:
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Because of the extra work involved in processing international orders there are no refunds or exchanges.
DVD ORDERS: Anti-piracy regulations prevent us from accepting non-defective returns for opened DVD's or CD's.
7. How do I return or exchange my product?
1. Place your product back into it's original box.
2. Include all original receipts & information (make a copy for your records) into your box, including reason for return. Important! We cannot give refunds without receipt.

5. Once we receive your product, you will receive a full refund minus shipping costs. If you want to exchange your WaterGym Belt for another size, there'll be a charge to ship another belt to you (US orders only).

Please include the items that you want to order and your complete address so they can accurately calculate your quote. If you want to get an estimate right away, you may go through our online shopping cart, place the items you want in your basket and then enter the check out area.
